4 lis 2015 · I am looking for an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate my distance runners' individual 400 splits once I enter their elapsed time. I have tried a Google search to no avail.
After copypasting LiveSplit times into the three first columns and setting a goal time under the "Ideal" case, the sheet calculates reachable goal splits that have the time you entered as the final time. In other words, it gives you split times in order to give you steps to reach your goal time.
To sum race time splits that are some combination of hours, minutes, and seconds, you can use the SUM function. The formula in cell H5, copied down, is: =SUM(C5:G5)
Wondering if anyone knows of a google sheet or website that would help me work out my splits for a half marathon? I have found a few that do this for me automatically (like runcalc.net) but would like a spreadsheet or similar that lets me tinker with each km split to see the effect on total time.
