SC-100 is a water-thin, fast to medium setting cement that evaporates slower than SC-125, but faster than SC-94. This allows you to achieve a more bubble-free joint in most instances. Solvent cementing depends on the intermingling of the two surfaces to be joined so that there is actual cohesion, as in the material itself.
