You can click on a sim in the world or in the relationships panel of an active sim. From there, the little MCCC logo and option should pop up. Click on that, then go to Sim Flags, I believe, and hit the “MC Pregnancy” tab. You can flag that sim same sex or opposite sex relationships only.

However, note that his mods look only at CAS gender, and not gender identities from my mod.

16 sie 2021 · Expanded custom gender settings for LGBTQ++ Sims. This mod is compatible with MC Command Center, WickedWhims and a lot of other mods. It will be incompatible with all mods which try to modify the CAS Custom Gender Settings menu, such as the Intersex Tuning mod from TurboDriver. If in doubt, ask in the comments section.
