The Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency (SCCWWA) was formed in 2017 to build a sanitary sewer system in the southern region of Sarpy County. The SCCWWA includes Sarpy County and the cities of Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, and Springfield.
24 lip 2024 · Wastewater Agency. In September 2017, Sarpy County and the cities of Bellevue, Gretna, La Vista, Papillion and Springfield approved an interlocal agreement to create the Sarpy County and Sarpy Cities Wastewater Agency.
The Sarpy County Wastewater Agency was formed in 2017 to build a sanitary sewer system in the southern region of Sarpy County. The county is cut in half by a ridge line. The area south of this land mass could not be built on until now.
23 lis 2020 · The Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency in 2021 selected a contractor to build the first phase of the new sanitary sewer system. The approval kick-starts the effort to deliver necessary infrastructure to support homes and businesses in the southern half of the county.
