25 cze 2007 · Material A has a Planned delivery period of 10 days and a GRP time of 3 Days. The date that the production order is to be started is 30 July. The MRP run sees the requirement date as 30 July but it also sees the 3 days GRP and so it asks for the item to be delivered 3 days prior to this date (27th July).
The goods receipt processing time is specified in workdays. The system converts the specified number of days into hours (for example 2 days = 48 hours). In scheduling, the system reads the factory calendar you assigned to the handling resource to determine the working days of the goods receipt area.
