17 lis 2022 · I understand that the workaround for this is to reset the password specific to the S-user (because it's apparently not the same as the UID password), but once UID is active, there doesn't seem to be a way to reset the password specific to the S-user.

ERROR: User cannot be authenticated. To use the software download application, you need to have a valid S-user ID, which can be generated by a user administrator in your company. An administrator can also assign the required Download Software authorization to the ID.
The SAP Support Portal page focused on the SAP Software Download Center is the central location to download your company’s SAP software. You can download the SAP products that are associated with your S-user ID.
Click Submit. User was requested, click OK. The user request is not instant and may take some time to complete. The new user will receive an e-mail from SAP Notification Services with the new S-user ID and an activation link, which is valid for 10 days. You can check the status of the new user on the Requested Users tab.
