22 kwi 2024 · Go to learning hub > Click on login > At the bottom of login form click 'Register' > use an alternate email address (Use a personal email address in your "Not linked" tab. After that I logged to Universal ID manager and voila the "Link" option was available.
A Universal ID requires two different emails to be linked to a single Universal ID to allow certificates to be attached. And at least one SAP ID (P user or S user ID). These emails, act as your Primary sign in email, and your Recovery email. Please note, these emails MUST not share the same domain.

If you do not have an SAP Universal ID account yet, don’t worry, you can create a brand new one by simply clicking on the following link: Create your SAP Universal ID.
