I've found Banbajio to be the lowest at 23.20 consistently and with a 10K limit. If you can find one. Santander generally is fair, in the 30's. Two other things to be aware of are withdrawl limits & Dynamic Currency Conversion. Since you'll be in Mexico for a month, it makes sense to withdraw as much as you can when you go to an atm.

7 kwi 2024 · My personal favorite ATMs in Mexico are Banco Inbursa, Santander, and Citibanamex because of their low fees and availability. Always decline the ATM exchange rate when it shows you a conversion.
