I wouldn’t recommend buying from the Sanrio.com website. They still take forever to ship and they hardly have any merch of their other characters. Sanrio stores sell more merch and ship way faster than the Sanrio.com website.

I tried contacting their customer care via emails, Facebook, IG, Twitter and still no one responded back. I even tried their phone number but it's just voicemail. Any suggestions? TIA.
