I'm having trouble testing credit card payments with PayPal's sandbox. When viewing a buyer's sandbox account's profile from within developer.paypal.com, I can see the following credit card details:
22 cze 2021 · Sandbox doesn't communicate with external card vendors at all, so no real-world card can be charged. I would still highly recommend not adding real-world financial information to a sandbox account.
I want to test transaction as a guest without credit card created by Sandbox. Is that possible? Also I have a buyers account in the Sandbox created for Germary.

Test credit card numbers are used in the PayPal Sandbox to validate the authorization, capture, and credit transaction flows. Because test credit cards don't include a card verification code (CVV), you can use 123 as the CVV for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club, or 1234 as the CVV for American Express.
By using fictitious sandbox accounts with their associated authentication credentials in your PayPal API calls, you can test and debug your apps without referencing any real PayPal users or live PayPal accounts.
