The “Prime” restaurants - Millbrae, Broadway are owned by the same family, or at least similar types. Former waiters at House of Prime Rib. So they know the recipes, etc. They are not allowed (legally) to use the carts - that’s why at least at the Broadway one, there is only one on display in the waiting area.

Broadway Prime Rib in Burlingame need a nice steak/vegetarian-friendly restaurant! Broadway Prime offers Prime Rib, of course, and a Grilled Portabello Mushroom as a substitute for the rib.
All our steaks and prime rib were perfect. The guys got the full size portions. The petite portion was just right for me, still plenty big, flavorful. I prefer fries but no fries here. Through a misunderstanding, our friends had sent us to the prime rib house in San Mateo, plus the maitre'd at the SM location mistook us for another reservation!
