The food was AWESOME and authentic - pollo asado and carne asada tacos on corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, cotija, and fresh hand-made guacamole and salsas. The tortilla chips are made right in front of you and served hot and fresh (YUM!!!). In a nutshell, the San Diego Taco Company is fantastic when it comes to both food and service.
