My Galaxy Buds Pro case doesn't charge when plugged in. Both my buds are fully charged but both lights on case don't turn on. The green led one on outside for charging case and the inside one that illuminates when you put your buds in to charge also doesn't work.

3 lut 2023 · I don't know how samsung deals with replacement parts when it comes to a customer wanting to buy a replacement charging case. I just need to buy the case itself- so I still don't get why samsung is needing to take the existing buds away.
