In accordance with the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), 34 CFR 75.253, recipients of multi-year discretionary grants must submit an annual performance report demonstrating substantial progress towards meeting project objectives.
You are also required to submit a one to two page Executive Summary with your Interim Report. This summary should relate to your original application and summarize the goals and objectives that have been achieved thus far, what you learned, and any evaluation results.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, all data in this performance report are true and correct and the report fully discloses all known weaknesses concerning the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the data.
