Before you copy the samp.dll to your GTA: San Andreas installation folder, make a copy of your currently installed SA-MP version, if there's available. It's not compatible with the SA-MP 0.3.7/0.3DL samp.saa or bass.dll. The compatible samp.saa can be found in ./SA-MP/archive/build folder, and bass.dll in ./SA-MP/nsis folder.

Changelog ( Source ) Fixed a critical vulnerability related to DIALOG_STYLE_LIST and DIALOG_STYLE_TABLIST that allowed server owners to remotely execute code on the player's computer and access files outside of SA-MP.
