Salmon Creek Campground is located in the Yuba River Ranger District of the Tahoe National Forest (1 hr 20 min west of Reno, NV) with an elevation of 5,730 feet. There are a total of 32 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid May. 20 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 15 and 45 feet.
Salmon Creek Campground has 31 campsites and is located next to the creek set among lodgepole and cedar trees in the Tahoe National Forest. Most of the 31 campsites are good for tents, but there are a handful large enough for RVs and trailers (22, 24, 26 and 27).
