In a small bowl, combine honey with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice. Set aside. In a large bowl, sprinkle pears with remaining lemon juice. Toss well. On a serving platter or in a serving bowl, combine pears and grapes. Add lemon honey and toss well.
