A bank clerk has absconded with a half million dollars of the bank's bonds. He calls Topper and tells him if they want the bonds back, Henrietta must deliver a ransom in Mexico. The Toppers, Mr. Schuyler and the ghosts head to Mexico.

The Kerbys would often try to get Cosmo to loosen up and enjoy life, but more often they would complicate it.
