SafeLink provides the free benefits you need to stay connected – with Unlimited Data, Unlimited Talk & Text, plus Hotspot Data to those who qualify for Lifeline + the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
The LifeLine program, established in 1985, provides discounts on telephone service for eligible low-income consumers. It is administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The LifeLine benefit initially provided a $10 monthly discount for landline phones.
