If Safari doesn't reload the page, quit Safari, then try again. If Safari doesn't quit, you can press Option-Command-Esc to force Safari to quit.
7 kwi 2024 · Safari won't take to the set Home page on MacBook. When I open Safari 17.4.1 it always opens to start page. I tried changing the Home Page following the procedure in Safari settings. It won't change. I did a restart holding down the shift key and then a shut down, which was suggested in a 2019 post. It didn't work. Is there another fix?
25 gru 2021 · Two days ago, safari quit working while I had several pages open. After force quitting, the app opens with the menu bar but will not open a window, new or Private. Tried restarting MacBook, but got same results.
