30 mar 2020 · Open the Settings app on your iPad. Tap on General. Select Keyboard. Select Hardware Keyboard. Next to English (US), you should see Automatic. Tap this option. Choose the keyboard layout that you are using. It seems that for some folks, the “Automatic” option is causing issues with the hardware keyboard on iPadOS.
