DateJS seems like a good library for parsing non standard date formats. Edit: just checked ECMA-262 standard. Quoting from section 15.9.1.15: Date Time String Format. ECMAScript defines a string interchange format for date-times based upon a simplification of the ISO 8601 Extended Format.

30 kwi 2021 · When visiting some webpages i noticed that the date and time formats weren't local anymore in HTML input fields. Before the update the date was shown as "29 April 2021" and time as "12:45". After the update date is shown as "April 29, 2021" and time as "12:45 PM".

The Solution: Change Date Formats. So far as I can tell, the following formats are supported by all browsers. Switching your date format to one of these should fix the problem.
