Pick Up Orders - You will be notified by email from the Office of the University Registrar when a pick up order is ready in the Student Services Center. The Office of the Registrar takes responsibility for handling transcript requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
Official transcripts may be ordered through the following methods: Online (for an additional fee) Paper Form paid for at the Bursar’s Office Paper Form Submitted by Mail. Current Students. 12 mar 2012 · You can get a copy of your transcript by printing out and completing the Academic Transcript Request form and bringing it in to our office along with the $20.00 processing fee payable in the form of cash, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, or Mastercard. You can also mail in the form with your payment.

Sacramento State issues official transcripts only. There is a charge per transcript. Transcripts may be ordered in person, by mail (student's signature required), or online (for an additional fee).
