23 maj 2017 · A new install of GlobalTIS should work on a clean XP installation. I think either the web server or the database isn't starting up for some reason. Try to load http://localhost:9080 (without the /tis2web part). You should get an Apache Tomcat screen. If not, then the web server isn't running; if you do, then there's something wrong with Transbase.

30 maj 2015 · In trying to set up the dongle crack, the file downloads as a .7z which I have no idea what to do with. Any info on how to proceed would be much appreciated. Im trying to clear a TDS immobilizer event just as described in the last post in this thread, and using a new Tech 2 I just bought.
