Ran across this website called Ryobi Deal Finders. I checked a few tools and they seem to be about $5 cheaper than Home Depot's website. My spidey sense was going off saying this was some sort of a scam website, but now I can't make up my mind.
There are legitimate complaints you can make about Ryobi though; their battery design is poor, their tools buttons are low quality, and they use brushed motors on cordless tools (lower power efficiency, meaning less battery life.)
I was driving when he called, but the screen shot on my phone looked legit. I told him it to call the phone number. He said there wasn't one, only a form to send a message -- right then and there I knew something was fishy, aside from it sounding too good to be true.

Phoned this morning and two calls. First call put me through to technical support and holding for 20 minutes - no updates. Called again and the customer support person didn't even speak to me but put me through to - yes again - technical support and still waiting again.
