On the Rustafied website it states what you have just said -- that it burns 8 fuel per minute -- but on the devblog it states that "a full tank of fuel (500) should last a few hours." I believe it actually burns 4 per minute, (1 fuel per 15 seconds), lasting a little over 2 hours.
The New Small Generator was released September 5, 2019 with the Transport Helicopter Update. It can currently hold up to 500 LGF in its 1 available slot. 1 Small Generator can power up to 3 auto turrets, if you try to attach a 4th the 3rd will not have enough power to stay on.
Gabernasher. • 4 yr. ago. Burns 8 fuel per minute, puts out 40rW per minute. Battery charges at 80%. 40 rW *.8 = 32 rW charge / minute / 8 fuel. 24,000 / 32 = 750 minutes = 12.5 hours. 750 minutes * 8 fuel per minute = 6000 fuel.
