I'll be as straightforward as possible - the support center is unintuitive and understaffed. There are many posts in this subreddit about users unable to find how to message the support team. Even if you do manage to reach them, you can never be fully sure if/when they might get back to you.
Advice. This scammer was trying to phish my account today under the guise of making me a Player Moderator. Here is the chat. No matter what they say, you will be contacted through the Message Center. Never, ever in game. Do not give out or input your Player name or e-mail, or password into any other website.
