Player Support Team, also called the Customer Support Team, is the division of Jagex staff that interacts with players. The team is lead by Mod Kelvin , the head of Customer Support, who is supported by a team of three service managers and 35 support specialists.
Basics. Rally Accuracy (Level 80) Increase the accuracy of players within a 5x5 radius centered on you by a flat 5% for 15 seconds. (e.g. 50%->55%, not 50%->52.5%). Rally Damage (Level 80) Increase the damage of players within a 5x5 radius centered on you by 5% for 15 seconds.
