So about a month ago I got hacked - some search on youtube in order to get gp scam. Somebody entered my account and basically just took anything valuable it was on it. At that time, I didn't have any security on my account.
The 2003 Party hat "duplication glitch" was actually the items being spawned in using external tools. (The hack works by the youtube account linking to a fake runescape webpage, they ask for your password, auth, and pin, then steal your items and use your account as a bot to say the spread the message and hack the next guy)
