Energy (sometimes called run energy, running energy, or stamina) allows players to run rather than walk around the landscape. Players move one tile per game tick while walking but move two tiles per game tick while running, making running twice as fast as walking.
Item packs facilitate the buying of large quantities of items from a shop. The pack has a simple left-click open option. If a player has multiple packs, opening one will automatically open the remaining packs. Item packs open all their items as "noted" when unpacked.
An Energy potion restores 10% of the player's run energy. It can be purchased from the Apothecary in Varrock for 1 chocolate dust and 2 limpwurt roots. Members can also make them using the Herblore skill by mixing Harralander in a vial of water and then adding chocolate dust. This requires level 26 Herblore, and gives 67.5 Herblore experience.
'All Gear' brings up the Tournament Supplies interface (shown below) which you can use to grab any gear you fancy, including the Graceful Outfit. 'Gear Loadouts' provides you with some rudimentary setups if you're not sure where to start building out from.

Run energy (sometimes called Stamina or Run) is a player's ability to run rather than walk around the landscape, and is measured as a percentage. Players all run at the same rate, unless their energy is at 0%, in which case they cannot run at all.
