Energy (sometimes called run energy, running energy, or stamina) allows players to run rather than walk around the landscape. Players move one tile per game tick while walking but move two tiles per game tick while running, making running twice as fast as walking.
'All Gear' brings up the Tournament Supplies interface (shown below) which you can use to grab any gear you fancy, including the Graceful Outfit. 'Gear Loadouts' provides you with some rudimentary setups if you're not sure where to start building out from.
The levers we can pull are: Drain rate: the rate at which your Run Energy drains. Regen rate: the rate at which your Run Energy regenerates. Weight: the weight (in kg) of your equipped items and inventory, which influences drain rate for weight values between 0 and 64kg.

Graceful clothing is weight-reducing gear that can be bought from Grace found in the Rogues' Den beneath The Toad and Chicken in Burthorpe. The pieces are bought at Grace's Graceful Clothing with marks of grace, which are obtained by completing Agility Courses and Rooftop Agility Courses.
It seems to me that there are two easy solutions to run energy. The overpowered (fun) route Run energy is only depleted during and within 45 seconds of combat. The balanced (compromised) route Run energy is only depleted during and within 30 seconds of completing an action. That's all you need to read for the suggestion, but to elaborate.
13 mar 2024 · Improve how Run Energy is handled during the activity. At present, it's not possible for us to allow Run Energy to regenerate while interacting with the veins, but we'd like to see if there are any places we could give players a little bit of Run Energy back.
