   Spirit Stamp, the Game jam update from u/Jagex_Fowl would make QBD so, so much easier to navigate, but until then the next best thing would be the Prism. As for general combat tips, just DPS and use Split Soul with a Vengeful Spirit, Bloat, Command Skeleton and Death Skulls. This should bolster your damage quite a bit :)
