Baby black dragons in Taverley Dungeon can be safespotted standing in the bridge. The Evil Chicken's Lair requires partial completion of Recipe for Disaster/Freeing Sir Amik Varze as well as a raw chicken and a rope ; only has 1 spawn.

One baby black dragon can be found inside the Evil Chicken's Lair; it is reachable by using a rope on a hole towards the back of the cave (the rope will disappear after a few minutes). However, as there is only one spawn, it is not recommended to kill them there.
In the Taverley Dungeon, 2 black dragons spawn north-west near the Obelisk of Fire and can be safe-spotted behind the ladder, while 12 spawn in the upper level along with 5 baby black dragons.
