The Agility cape is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Agility skill. It can be purchased for 99,000 coins (or 92,000 coins with a ring of charos (a) or its imbued version ) alongside the Agility hood from Capn' Izzy No-Beard at the Brimhaven Agility Arena by players who have achieved level 99 in Agility.

Fashion showcase of outfits with the 120 agility cape! Also using a new format to reduce text clutter and have more visuals.
The current skillcape is a glorified graceful cape. Wearing it around the game should have a permanent stamina run drain effect. Otherwise there’s currently not a huge incentive to get 99 agility.
The agility cape is the only piece of the graceful set that can be purchased with coins. This item can be stored in the cape rack of a costume room, as part of the Agility cape set, along with the hood. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
The Agility master cape inherits the perk of the base cape: it prevents the player from failing any Agility obstacles, except for the Agility Pyramid sliding block and the Brimhaven Agility Arena sawblade (both can still deal damage if timed improperly, even whilst cape is equipped).
I think RuneScape has a need for more movement based abilities but I’m not necessarily a fan of trying to make the agility cape a more viable switch for pvm.
It is the trimmed version of the agility cape. It can be purchased for 99,000 coins alongside the Agility hood from Capn' Izzy No-Beard at the Brimhaven Agility Arena or Elen Anterth in Prifddinas by players who have achieved level 99 in Agility and also have one other level 99 skill.
