The Agility cape is a Cape of Accomplishment that may only be acquired and worn by players who have achieved the maximum level in the Agility skill, 99. Once players have trained to this level, they may purchase the cape from Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, located at the entrance of the Brimhaven Agility Arena, for a fee of 99,000 coins.
The Agility cape is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Agility skill. It can be purchased for 99,000 coins (or 92,000 coins with a ring of charos (a) or its imbued version) alongside the Agility hood from Capn' Izzy No-Beard at the Brimhaven Agility Arena by players who have achieved level 99 in Agility.
Temporary skill boost/Agility. The Agility cape acts as a Graceful cape. Once per day the cape can be used to restore the player's run energy to 100% and provide the effect of a stamina potion for one minute. Hitpoints 6 per dose. Requires the Barbarian Training miniquest.
The current skillcape is a glorified graceful cape. Wearing it around the game should have a permanent stamina run drain effect. Otherwise there’s currently not a huge incentive to get 99 agility.
Combat - bladed dive no longer requires specific weapons, 85 agility, higher chance for monsters to splash, scaling with Agility, reduced global cooldown to a minimum of 1.2 (although I think this one would require a tick system rework to have any thing between 1.2 and 1.8)
The Agility cape (t)'s perk prevents the player from failing any Agility obstacles, except for the Agility Pyramid sliding block and the Brimhaven Agility Arena sawblade (both can still deal damage if timed improperly, even whilst cape is equipped).
