I wouldn't go from 0-10 hours a week all at once, but as long as you build up to it, which it sounds like you did it's unlikely to be an issue as long as you're getting adequate rest and nutrients. Bear in mind in the past humans have gone weeks doing heavy exercise almost all day and they survived.
