I'd get a black screen and nothing would happen then it would reboot. If it did make it to Windows it would crash with a bugcheck (code 116) which is the TDR issue with the nvidia driver. So far, I tried my 3080 in a different PC and it booted right up every time.
30 mar 2021 · I just updated my RTX 3080 Ventus 3x GPU to the latest VBIOS to add compatibility with RE-bAR support, and once it was done and the computer restarted, the screen went blank. I have installed an older GPU and I can see with GPU-Z that the RTX 3080 doesn't display BIOS information.
13 paź 2020 · To remedy the black screen, I had to pull the GPU, reset CMOS, and re-install the GPU. I left CSM disabled, UEFI set to Windows OS, and kept Resizable BAR enabled. After the second occurrence, I performed a reboot and still had a black screen.
Solved. Hello, I have this issue where my evga ftw 3 ultra RTX 3080 is causing a blue screen underload. There are no other symptoms like artifacts or black screens or driver crashes.
13 cze 2022 · This seems to be an issue between ASUS and the rtx 30xx series causing black screens. It's an issue with the asus MOBO. Try your ram in slot 2, power off and uplug, reset CMOS with a screwdriver.
28 wrz 2021 · current update; I reset the MB bios to stock settings so ram is back to 2100mhz but I also swapped out the GPU for another one (same model and everything) and so far there hasn't been an black screens, I'm going to up my RAM back to 3600mhz and see if that was the issue.
