How to Use RTA Tapp Pay. 1. To get started, download Transit app onto your smartphone by visiting the App Store or Google Play and open the app. 2. Login or sign up. Then you'll see a bar at the bottom of your screen with the RTA logo. Tap "Buy" and then "Pay with your mobile phone" to add money to your Tapp Pay account. 3.
