The schema of test configuration is: Use your computer as the server connected via Wifi. Both computers should be on the LAN side of the router.
You might be able to do it on 5Ghz if you set it to 160Mhz on 5Ghz as that is an option on the AT&T modem but it will be more prone to interference unlike 6Ghz.
