Route 6 is a connection between Brimber City and Mt. Igenus. It is divided into two paths, one way leads to Mt. Igenus and the second path leads to a dead end, where you can see hills of earth. Underlined trainers can be re-challenged.

Chesma Town has no obtainable Pokemon, but does lead into two areas that do, Route 2 and Gale Forest. I'll be covering Gale Forest first, but feel free to choose either path. Gale Forest: Levels 3-6. Every Pokemon inside Gale Forest is exclusive to it, so I'll be briefly mentioning all of them.
