The Cultist Hideout is a very high-level dungeon that is a sub-area of the Lost Halls. This dungeon is one of the Exaltation dungeons, boosting Speed. For soloing I find the order to be Cult < fungal < nest < crystal < kogbold < mbc < void < o3 < shatters. I haven’t solo’d new shatters. Certain dungeons (like crystal and void) just require a lot of DPS or you’ll get got. Others like mbc and o3 require more skill / experience with the dungeon. For lower tier exalts you really want to grab a slow.
