9 lip 2018 · I had used Rotella T6 5W-40 oil in my ATV's in the past, as it carried the JASO MA rating. I was looking for more oil recently, & noticed that the specification/ rating is not on the newer bottles. Have they changed the formulation?

1 wrz 2015 · The Rider' Manual for my 2012 GTL states that Castrol Power 1 Racing 5W-40 API SL, JASO MA2 can be used. I cannot find this oil locally, but I have found Castrol Power RS Racing 4T 10W-40 API SL, JASO MA2.

7 cze 2012 · Rotella T6 5w-40 and Rotella T Triple Protection 15w-40 meet the performance requirements of JASO MA and JASO DH2. This means we have tested these products and warranty them for use in these applications.
4 kwi 2010 · Rotella meets the JASO MA/MA2 spec, but doesn't have a formal approval. My reasoning is that motorcycles have shared sumps with the engine and gearbox and those clutches won't be happy with a SM/SN energy conserving oil with friction modifiers.
