The KTO Rosomak, Polish for "Wolverine", is a licensed variant of the Finnish wheeled Patria X-360 IFV, which was chosen specifically for its highly customizable, modular design. This IFV remains the principal and most modern Polish IFV for more than a decade.
The Rosomak has been deployed for the moment to the War in Afghanistan, called the Polish task force, a contingent part of the International Security Assistance Force. It operated over 100 vehicles, including 5 medevac versions, with the M3 APCs equipped with additional armor.
