1 cze 2018 · Different analytical methods used along with traditional, morphological methods help us clarify the phylogenetic relations within the genus and give a clearer picture of the botanical...
1 cze 2015 · We present the most comprehensive phylogeny of Rosa sections Chinenses and Synstylae. Phylogenies based on chloroplast and nuclear markers exhibit obvious incongruences. Hybridization played an important role in the evolutionary history of Rosa.
The genus Rosa includes over 100 species which are distributed throughout the temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern Hemisphere (Rehder 1960). Chromosome numbers range from 2n = 2x = 14, to 2n = 8x = 56 (Darlington and Wylie 1955).
1 lip 2007 · Phylogenetic relationships among 88 genera of Rosaceae were investigated using nucleotide sequence data from six nuclear (18S, gbssi1, gbssi2, ITS, pgip, and ppo) and four chloroplast (matK, ndhF,...
17 mar 2005 · Rosa L. is distributed throughout the temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern hemisphere (Rehder, 1949). The genus comprises about 200 species and the taxonomic treatment of the highly diverse group is complicated due to biological phenomena in reproductive biology, insufficient morphological and anatomical characters to adequately ...
25 kwi 2022 · Here, we report 31 complete plastomes that belong to the genus Rosa, with the aim of better understanding the evolution and divergence of genes of the plastome in this genus. A comparative analysis was conducted to characterize the chloroplast genomes of 12 taxa that cover all the sections in the three subgenera of Rosa.
The continuation of the cytological investigation of natural taxa and spontaneous hybrids of the genusRosa is given. The chromosome numbers of 110 plants belonging to 33 taxa and 7 hybrids are presented.
