Rooms are available for reservation on a first come, first served basis. Reservations may be placed up to two weeks in advance. A student may place up to 2 hours of reservations each day.

The University Student Center is the main hub of the George Washington University's Foggy Bottom campus. From study rooms to meeting spaces, large ballrooms and theaters, the University Student Center offers a variety of spaces for students to study, work, and socialize.

For Student Center meeting rooms, District House B level spaces, Table, Study and Mount Vernon meeting rooms, reservation requests will be automatically confirmed. The Confirmation report will be sent to the Event Host’s GW email.
