Rooms are available for reservation on a first come, first served basis. Reservations may be placed up to two weeks in advance. A student may place up to 2 hours of reservations each day.

GW students living on campus can reserve study spaces in the University Student Center and District House. Special social distancing guidelines will be in place. If you need assistance, contact the Student Center team at studentcenter@gwu.edu or 202-994-1785.
We recommend that you print or keep accessible your confirmation e-mail from the Academic Scheduling Office to show other groups that are trying to use the room you reserved. If there appears to be a conflict, please contact us at (202) 994-4915.
