13 paź 2022 · Roku frozen – How to fix it. If your Roku is frozen, you need to restart it. To do this, press HOME 5 times, UP 1 time, REWIND 2 times, FAST FORWARD 2 times. This will forcibly shut off your Roku and reboot it. It will take a minute for it to come back online.
Scroll and select Settings. Select System. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. Select System restart. In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to normal operation after a moment. If it does not, continue to the next section.
