All generated ROEs are uploaded to the Service Canada website at www.servicecanada.gc.ca where you can log in to view your copy. If you don’t see your ROE, you can contact our Canadian Offices directly at: Vancouver. Toronto.
If you cannot get your ROE, call Service Canada at 1-800-206-7218 or mail in this form. A Service Canada agent will tell you how to get your ROE or what else they need to complete your application for benefits.
