In what was surely an epic battle (that we sadly didn't see a minute of), Galvatron ultimately escaped and made his way back to Chaar, deposing the usurpers and seemingly driving off the ghost of Starscream.

He decided the robot car would make an ingenious blueprint for an army of robot workers to create an equally effective city for the Decepticons.
