I can see why they think your audio is sped up. The further in it gets, the more it sounds like you took a song and made it faster. Dunno why they'd remove yours and let the other one in though. One thing you can try is slowing it down and then uploading it.

Roblox takes an excessively long time to load, and slows down my whole PC. Pretty much the title. Over the past week, I've noticed that Roblox has slowed down massively, and now seems to slow down everything I do whilst it's running. Other games run just fine, it's just roblox.
I get why songs get copyrighted on Roblox, but I was wondering, why do also slowed down versions of songs? they don't sound like the original, might as well just be a cover, what turns them into an issue?

Your problem is that you are increasing the audio's speed to shorten it, but you have to increase the pitch as well. This is because your editor, which is most likely audacity, treats speed and pitch differently from each other, while in roblox, pitch will affect both pitch AND speed.
The issue specifically is when the Graphics setting in Roblox is set to Automatic, the game stutters and fps drops horribly at times to the point its unplayable.. I had to switch to Manual to make it stop stuttering..
Try using an fps unlocker because that's helped me get slightly more FPS, or like I said make roblox a higher priority on your pc, which makes everything else run a bit slower but roblox runs faster. Reply reply
